SiteOhio Authenticated = Development Ready Day One
As a SiteOhio Authenticated Site, the Leesburg Industrial Park has undergone rigorous evaluation and has been deemed ready for development. All utilities are present with excess industrial capacity. This site has all due diligence studies complete with clear findings: Phase 1 ESA, endangered species analysis, archaeological study, wetlands delineation, and geotechnical study. The Leesburg Industrial Park is within close proximity to Cincinnati, Dayton, and Columbus, Ohio, and is located in an Enterprise Zone.
The South Central Ohio Industrial Park is a SiteOhio Authenticated industrial park located 11 miles from US35. The park boasts an adjacent electric substation with excess capacity gas, water, and wastewater. All due diligence is complete, incentives are in place and a new Workforce Development Center is open in the Village of Greenfield. Skills training, certifications, and licensures are available at the center. Additionally, the center is open to resident industries for off-site training and educational opportunities for staff.
